Holtzbrinck Digital’s portfolio is divided into the three segments Holtzbrinck Digital Strategy, Holtzbrinck Digital Incubation and Holtzbrinck Digital Services. Furthermore, Holtzbrinck Digital holds a share in the independent venture capital fund HV Holtzbrinck Ventures.

Holtzbrinck Digital organises the portfolio management of its investee companies such that their managing directors are able to act as entrepreneurs, delivering outstanding strategic and operational performance. At the same time Holtzbrinck Digital supports the companies with functional expertise in the areas of marketing, technology and finance in order to secure and boost the sustainable success. The benefits of the decentralised organisational structure are also used to full advantage – every company can and must develop its own business autonomously.
